I never realized just how small jockey's are. I just always pictured them to be bigger, but all the ones at that I saw were no taller than 5'3" and couldn't have weighed more than 130.

Kentucky Downs
I spent some time in Franklin the other day at Kentucky Downs, a local turf track for a feature assignment. It was my first horse race so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but it was quite fun......it helped that the light was fantastic the whole time also.
